Calgary, Alberta, October 14, 2021 — Kathairos Solutions is pleased to announce the appointment of Marty Proctor and Ray Price to its Board of Directors.

Marty Proctor is a renowned leader in Canada’s energy industry and has over four decades of experience. He most recently served as the CEO and President of Seven Generations, a successful exploration and production company. In addition to his role with Kathairos, Marty is currently a Director for both ARC Resources and Athabasca Oil Corporation, and sits on the Board of GreenFirst Forest Products.
Ray Price is the CEO of the Sunterra Group of Companies. He has an accomplished record in the agricultural sector and has overseen operations in both Canada and the United States. Ray has established a wide variety of joint ventures in the farming, pork, processed meat and retail food industries. His experience extends across North America, Europe and Asia. He recently built Soleterra d’Italia and Sunterra Greenhouses.
