Dick Brown is the CEO of Kathairos Solutions, and a renowned leader in low carbon energy solutions. Dick holds an engineering degree from the University of Alberta and more than 30 years of senior leadership and industry expertise in cryogenic solutions for the energy industry, including liquified nitrogen, liquified natural gas fueling, and clean tech innovation. Through Kathairos, Dick continues to champion solutions that support today's oil and gas producers in eliminating methane emissions and exceeding environmental commitments. Kathairos was conceived with a vision to do this efficiently and affordably through its proprietary liquid nitrogen technology, and it remains committed to making well site methane venting a thing of the past.

A born and raised Albertan and devout business builder, Amanda brings a fervent commitment to innovation and results-driven decisions to the companies she's founded, and those she serves. Upon graduating from the University of Calgary's Executive MBA program in 2014, following a 15-year career in the technology start-up space, Amanda co-founded CRU Juice. Growing it from modest seed capital start-up to a thriving retail enterprise, CRU's assets included a manufacturing facility and eight corporately owned locations across Western Canada, alongside e-commerce and wholesale channels, before it was acquired in 2016. From there, she oversaw construction of the first phase of a 70-acre high tech greenhouse project in Acme, Alberta as President, Sunterra Farms Greenhouse (Sunterra Group of Companies). Following construction, Amanda guided the company through two full crop cycles producing more than 6M kgs of tomatoes per year with 70 FTEs. Today, Amanda finds herself in her most rewarding role yet as President of Kathairos Solutions – a clean technology company that has quickly established itself as a global leader in methane emissions elimination and carbon offset big data.

Ken Brown is the Chief Financial Officer at Kathairos Solutions, a role he has held for over three years. He brings more than 14 years of expertise in corporate finance. He has held senior management roles at two of Canada’s leading financial institutions, with a focus on the manufacturing, transportation, and energy services sectors. Ken has a proven track record of helping private businesses scale, supported by his strong background in corporate finance.

Mike Hosford is a seasoned energy industry executive with a proven track record in leadership and business growth. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Kathairos Solutions since 2022, he brings extensive expertise in driving commercial strategy and innovation in clean technology. With past leadership roles at Ferus and GE Oil & Gas, Mike has developed deep experience in gas operations, international business, and management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Denver and is recognized for his strategic vision and ability to navigate complex energy markets.

As Chief External Affairs Strategist, Jacqueline works closely with oil and gas companies to deploy emission reduction technologies at the scale needed to achieve emission reduction targets. Jacqueline is responsible for Kathairos’ government relations, emission offset program, Indigenous community outreach and strategic partnership initiatives. She received a PhD from the University of Toronto (Public Policy), where her research focused on sustainable infrastructure, environmental policy and climate finance in Canada and the United States. Jacqueline has a Masters of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University. A born and raised Albertan, Jacqueline is committed to working across sectors to develop evidence-based and innovative solutions to contemporary climate challenges.

Joining the Kathairos leadership team in 2024, Bunkie brings over 17 years of oilfield experience in the strategic development and commercialization of new technology at the intersection of energy, environment, and digitization. Through previous roles within GE Oil & Gas, GE Global Research, Baker Hughes, and Project Canary he has developed specialized expertise in the effective measurement, reduction, and monetization of emissions from oil and gas operations. His background in ClimaTech innovation and domain knowledge of North American unconventional oil and gas production have led to the development and commercialization of multiple technologies focused on emissions mitigation. Bunkie holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business with a specialization in energy, economics, and marketing. Based in Oklahoma City, OK he and his three children enjoy all things outdoors. His family’s love of the outdoors fuels his professional passion to deliver on the dual challenge of enabling energy prosperity while continuously improving environmental sustainability.

Jason Francis is the Chief Engineering & Digital Officer at Kathairos Solutions, where he leads engineering and project delivery for the company’s liquid nitrogen-based instrument gas systems. In his expanded role, Jason will shape Kathairos’ technology and digital growth strategy—uniting engineering, product development, and digital transformation to deliver safe, reliable hardware and an industry-leading operations intelligence platform (Atlas) that creates network value for customers. Before joining Kathairos, he held project and engineering roles focused on LNG infrastructure development, including work on small-scale liquefaction and regasification facilities. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Coast Guard Academy.

Nancy Mowat is a seasoned human resources leader, bringing over 25 years of strategic HR and organizational development experience to her role as Vice President, People & Culture at Kathairos Solutions Inc. At the core of her leadership philosophy lies a belief in balancing tradition with innovation — blending time-tested HR practices with future-forward thinking to fuel growth, align culture, and drive sustainable performance. Her previous experience in marketing, sales and operations in various industries such as hospitality, transportation, finance, and land development have provided Nancy with a unique lens when collaborating with colleagues. Throughout her career, Nancy has delivered measurable results across talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, change management, and organizational transformation. Her track record includes: · Spearheading major talent strategy that reduced turnover and elevated retention · Leading cultural change initiatives during periods of rapid growth or restructuring · Designing and implementing training / development programs · Partnering with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives Since joining Kathairos in 2023, Nancy has played a pivotal role in scaling the organization. She led the expansion of the HR function from a support model to a strategic driver, introduced data-driven people analytics practices, and cultivated a high-performing culture rooted in accountability, inclusivity, and continuous improvement. Her forward-thinking but grounded approach has helped manage growth with stability — ensuring that as the company scales, its people systems, values, and culture scale in lockstep. Nancy is committed to ensuring employees feel seen, valued, and empowered, and that the organization's human capital becomes a competitive differentiator in the industry. Outside of work, Nancy is passionate about lifelong learning, mentoring emerging and developing HR professionals, and contributing to her community.

Daniel (Danny) Broadfoot is the Director of Business Development for the Mid-Continent Region at Kathairos Solutions Danny holds two bachelor’s degrees in MIS and Letters, and a Masters in Energy Finance, all from the University of Oklahoma. He spent most of his career on the strategy/finance side of upstream oil and gas with the legacy company of Chesapeake Energy (now Expand Energy), and Sandridge Energy. Prior to joining Kathairos, Danny helped build a startup gas storage company called Bedrock Gas Solutions, but in 2024 he shifted his focus to work with Kathairos on a bigger, more urgent need: addressing regulatory burdens on pneumatics.

Mitch Jones has been with Kathairos Solutions for over 3 years, progressing from an Applications Engineer to a role on the Project Management team, supporting asset deployments from scoping to installation, commissioning, and transition to operations. He now serves as the Technical Account Manager helping customers plan for zero vent pneumatics. Holding a degree in Energy Engineering from the University of Calgary, Mitch expertly assists customers in evaluating facilities to convert pneumatic controls to zero emissions and improved reliability.

Steve Kemp is a seasoned leader in the energy industry dedicated to supporting companies with achieving their operational and sustainability goals. Serving as Director of Business Development at Kathairos Solutions, he brings deep expertise in emissions reduction space. Prior to joining Kathairos, Steve worked with Project Canary, helping operators to manage their environmental profiles by deploying leading software solutions and detection technologies. With a background in geosciences, finance and extensive experience across the energy industry and technology innovation, Steve is recognized for his strategic approach, customer focus, and commitment to driving meaningful impact in the energy sector.
